Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  1. Check-in & Check-out:

    • Check-in time: 13:00 hrs

    • Check-out time: 11:00 hrs

  2. Cancellations:

    • All guaranteed reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid cancellation charges.

    • No-show guests will incur a retention fee for the number of nights reserved.

    • Blackout dates (such as 15th Nov, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, 26th Jan, etc.) are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted during these periods.

  3. Early Check-in:

    • Early check-in is available but will incur an additional charge, along with applicable taxes.

  4. Late Check-out:

    • Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as per the hotel’s policy.

Important: Photo Identity Requirement

  • All guests must provide a valid photo ID at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include:

    • Driving License

    • Voter Identity Card

    • Passport

    • Aadhar Card

    Note: Company ID cards, photo credit cards, and PAN cards are not accepted as valid identification by security authorities. This is a government regulation and is mandatory for check-in.

Most Important Terms & Conditions

  1. Room Release:

    • I agree to release the room by 11:00 AM on the date of departure. In case of failure to check out, I authorize Balaji Palace Kashi to charge as per their policy.

  2. Loss or Damage:

    • In case of loss or damage to any items or property of Balaji Palace Kashi during my stay, I agree to compensate for the damage either before or at the time of check-out.

  3. Personal Belongings:

    • I am solely responsible for the safety and security of my personal belongings. In the event of loss or damage, I will not hold Balaji Palace Kashi or its management responsible under any circumstances. I understand that Balaji Palace Kashi is not liable for any items not disclosed at check-in.

  4. Safe Deposit Locker:

    • A safe deposit locker is available in the room for securing valuables. The management does not take responsibility for the loss of items left in the room or locker.

  5. Visitor Policy:

    • Non-resident guests are not allowed in the room without prior written consent from the palace. Balaji Palace Kashi reserves the right to approve or deny visitors for security reasons.

  6. Smoking & Alcohol:

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the palace.

    • The consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is not allowed on the property.

  7. Pets & Arms:

    • Pets are not permitted on the premises.

    • Arms/ammunition are strictly prohibited inside the palace.

  8. Food Policy:

    • To maintain hygiene and food safety standards, outside food is not allowed.

  9. Guest Eligibility:

    • Unmarried couples and local ID holders are not permitted to stay at Balaji Palace Kashi.

  10. Jurisdiction:

    • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi.
